  • 1/3 cup Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
  • 6 cornichon, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped continental parsley leaves
  • 2 teaspoons capers, drained, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 8 slices rye bread
  • 350 g silverside, shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups drained sauerkraut
  • 4 swiss cheese slices

  1. Combine Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, cornichons, parsley and capers in a bowl.

  2. Place some cheese onto 4 of the bread slices. Top with silverside, sauerkraut and mayonnaise mixture. top with remaining bread slices. Toast in a flat plated sandwich maker or lighty pan-fry in a non-stick fry pan until bread is light toasted on both sides.
